This is a forced update to all SmartBox devices outside of the normal 30-day update schedule. It will not interfere with programming AS LONG AS THE TABLETS HAVE WIFI TURNED OFF. Please dedicate time outside of normal business hours to enable WIFI and complete this large software update.

A call to technical support will be required to get a pin before programming VW and Audi vehicles. Audi and VW programming should be done ONLY during technical support. MyKeyCounter will display a message for impacted keys reminding you to only program during tech support hours.
