Return Policy

Hillman Customers

Since you are billed by Hillman for all orders, any order cancelations and returns must be initiated with Hillman Support at (844) 874-7908. This same number can be found on the support page or on the bottom of your SmartBox. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or modified once placed.

Non-Hillman Customers

All returns require an RMA#. To obtain this, please contact customer service at 844-849-4900 option 1, or

Upon RMA approval, a UPS Ground return label will be provided at no cost or credit deduction. Please take the package to your local UPS store within 1 WEEK of the RMA being issued.

Credit will not be applied until the return is received and quality checked. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items returned*. Percentages of credit given are determined at the time of quality inspection upon receipt.

Percentage range is as follows:

100% ** No restocking fee will be applied

· Incorrect Item Shipped

· Miscut


· No longer needed

· Incorrect item ordered

· No reason


· Damaged post delivery

· Unidentifiable product

In the event of a replacement order due to defective or incorrect stock - We will provide a new key/remote free of charge upon receipt of the returned package.


Shipping is handled through UPS and all dropship orders start from our warehouse in Chicago, IL. You can expect standard shipping times of 3-5 business days. A tracking number is attached every order invoice once the package is marked as shipped. These invoices will be sent to the email on your account.
